    I'm Paul Morgan, a founder and CTO with experience leading software products and teams since 1998.

    Today I’m Founder and CTO of Social8.app, building an all-in-one community platform for clubs and communities. I’m also Fractional CTO for Snap Cover, giving crypto and DeFi investors access to onchain insurance, and CTO for Paravel DAO, an AI-powered, risk-managed DeFi investment platform.

    My work spans Web2 and Web3, community platforms, football fan engagement, creator marketplaces, digital assets, AI, DeFi, blockchain content, insurance, and enterprise software.
