I'm a founder and CTO who has led software products and teams since 1998, from early requirements and product definition through to architecture, delivery, infrastructure, security, and growth.
My recent work includes Social8.app, Snap Cover, Paravel DAO, OnRekord, 21e6, Directors' Box, Content Jungle, and FC100,000.
Earlier in my career I led projects in blockchain, insurance, banking, media, enterprise software, and web development for organisations including TaTaTu, Acorex, Codebase8, Caboodle Media, Travelers, and BT Group.
I stay close to the product and the people delivering it — defining what needs to be built, creating the conditions for the team to deliver, and owning the technical decisions along the way.
